About Us

Not All Home Builders in Worcester County Are Created Equal.
Discover Why J.E.P. Contracting is Different.

Patrick Perkins, J.E.P. Contracting

What do you get when you hire J.E.P. Contracting?

Like any business, the biggest differentiator is often the person behind the business name. For J.E.P. Contracting, that would be me, Patrick Perkins. I’ve worked in the construction industry for 35+ years, and I’ve been running J.E.P. since 2002. Construction is all I know, and it’s my passion.

I’ve got the expertise your project deserves.

(and the credentials to back it up)

It’s important to keep in mind that not all home builders in Worcester County are the same. I’ve spent three decades working in construction. I’m a student of the industry. I’m a reader. I go to trade shows. I’ve cultivated a huge network over the years of industry pros, from suppliers to wholesalers to everything in between. And I’m a big believer in the design/build methodology.

Here are my relevant home builder licenses and certifications.

  • Construction Supervisor License CS 72366
  • Home Improvement Contractor Registration #136642
  • Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor LR002796
  • Kitchen & Bath Advanced Layout & Design Course
  • Certified Cedar training program through WRCLA

JEP Contracting Van

I don’t just build homes. I also build solid relationships with my clients.

In many ways, I view my relationships with clients the same way I do my marriage. To have a successful working relationship, we need to have clear lines of communication. Plus, we need to like and respect each other.

Read what my clients have to say about me.

I love so much about what I do…

But I particularly love watching a space transform into something special, into something better. And I love watching people get excited to see everything come together—from the initial design concepts to the completion of the project.

I’d love to learn more about your project.
