About Us
Not All Home Builders in Worcester County Area are Created Equal.
Discover Why JEP Contracting, Inc. is Different.
A great project starts with a great builder. I’m Patrick Perkins, and for the last 35+ years, construction has been my life’s work. Since founding JEP Contracting in 2001, my mission has been simple: combine decades of hands-on expertise with the industry’s best building practices.
I consider myself a student of the industry. I am constantly reading, networking, and attending trade shows to ensure JEP Contracting utilizes the absolute best materials, techniques, and local suppliers.
Above all, I am a firm believer in the design/build methodology. I love this approach because it brings design and construction together under one roof. For my clients, that means a seamless, collaborative experience from the very first sketch to the final coat of paint—eliminating miscommunication, keeping budgets on track, and ensuring the final result is exactly what you envisioned.
To bring that vision to life safely and professionally, I maintain a comprehensive suite of industry credentials and qualifications:
Ryan is a true superstar at JEP Contracting. Over the last few years, his relentless drive, passion, and stellar work ethic have seen him rapidly rise up the ranks from Production Carpenter to Production Manager. A Sutton resident with prior experience as a commercial construction superintendent, Ryan now channels his leadership into delivering beautiful, seamless residential design-build projects from inception to completion. He is an invaluable asset to our team, backed by an impressive academic and professional resume:
Dylan is a talented young architectural designer focused on creating beautiful, functional home designs. A Webster resident, he brings a powerful mix of fresh academic knowledge and hands-on experience to the JEP Contracting team.
Niki joined us in May 2025 and has quickly proven herself to be an exceptionally dedicated and driven force within JEP Contracting. Known for being the ultimate team player, she is always ready to support her colleagues and do whatever it takes to help the company succeed.
In many ways, we view our relationships with clients the same way that we do about a marriage between individuals. To have a successful working relationship, we all need to have clear lines of communication. Plus, people need to like and respect each other.

But I particularly love watching a space transform into something special, into something better. And I love watching people get excited to see everything come together—from the initial design concepts to the completion of the project.
