Charlton Water Damage Repair
Project Year: 2014 | Project Cost: $150,001 – $200,000
This lakefront property suffered severe water damage throughout the home. We completely remodeled the kitchen by re-configuring the layout. We replaced the cabinets with custom-built knotty alder cabinets with glass fronts as well as a custom built-in wine rack. We also added a large pantry cabinet that houses the refrigerator. Floating shelves provide a focal point for beloved and useful items alike. The kitchen floors are Durban dark glazed porcelain tile with the look of hardwood flooring and the ease of tile for easy maintenance while living on the water. The granite counter tops wrap around allowing for a large area for entertaining. There is a spacious front entryway with plenty of room for coats and shoes. We also remodeled two bathrooms. The master bath boasts a step up curbless shower with a gorgeous natural pebble shower floor and double vanity with Roma Marble vanity top. The flooring in the master bath is gorgeous Sequolo Moro Rock Glazed Porcelain. We installed Beautiful Raja Kund Porcelain tile in the guest bathroom and we also used Roma Marble for this vanity.
