West Brookfield Whole Lake-house Renovation

This 1930’s ranch location is fabulous with nearly 300’ of shoreline on beautiful Lake Lashaway, but the new owner wanted to make this their dream home. We started with a design that would open up the first floor & relocated the kitchen to give them more living space & views to the water. We added bay windows & a sliding glass door in the living room, updated the fireplace with a gas insert & a with stone to really feature the fireplace. Next, we added a ½ bath off a new mudroom (where the kitchen used to be) and updated the laundry room. Next, we went up on the front side is the master suite overlooking the water with a large custom walk-in tiled shower, double vanity. Across the hall is a walk in closet with custom shelving to maximize the space. Then we move to the back of the house crossing over a balcony that features hardwood floors & a view through a beautiful feature window overlooking the kitchen & dinette area. Down a few steps, we added 2 more bedrooms & a full bath. Outside we replaced an existing deck with all maintenance free decking and railing system, around the front a new patio where the hot tub will sit. The existing stone chimney needed to be raised, which sits next to the lighted cupola.
